Alive & Well Inventory Sync

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Alive & Well Inventory Sync (the "App"), an internal tool operated by Nutrition Worthy, LLC, doing business as Alive & Well Kombucha ("Alive & Well," "we," or "us"), accesses and handles data from Alive & Well's own QuickBooks Online account.

2. Data We Access

With administrator authorization, the App reads QuickBooks Online accounting data needed for inventory and order reporting, which may include invoices, sales receipts, line items, products and services, quantities, and customer names associated with those transactions. The App does not request payroll data, bank credentials, or payment card information.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to produce internal inventory, order, and sales reports for Alive & Well. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

4. Where Data Is Stored

The App runs on Google Apps Script. Report data is written to Google Sheets within Alive & Well's Google Workspace account, accessible only to authorized team members. OAuth tokens are stored in Google Apps Script's private property storage and are never written to spreadsheets or shared.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections between Intuit and Google. Access is restricted to authorized Alive & Well personnel, and credentials are never hard-coded or exposed in shared documents.

6. Retention

Report data is retained only as long as needed for business operations and is periodically overwritten by scheduled refreshes. If the App is disconnected, stored authorization tokens are deleted, and report data may be deleted at Alive & Well's discretion.

7. Disconnecting the App

A QuickBooks administrator may revoke the App's access at any time from the connected apps settings in QuickBooks Online or from their Intuit account's app management page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
