At Alive & Well Kombucha, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our kombucha is a perishable product that requires refrigeration, we are unable to accept returns.
Perishable Product Guidelines
Our kombucha must be received and refrigerated promptly upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and store it properly. We cannot be held responsible for kombucha that is left unrefrigerated after successful delivery.
Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged or the product is otherwise defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Important Note on Delivery
We are not liable for product spoilage due to:

Delays in refrigerating the kombucha after it has been delivered on time.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely and ensuring someone is available to accept and properly store the kombucha upon delivery.
Important Note About Temperature on Arrival
If your kombucha arrives on time and at room temperature or warmer, it does not mean the product is spoiled. Alive & Well Kombucha is a fermented product and remains shelf-stable for a short period. Please place it in the refrigerator as soon as possible and do not open until it is fully chilled.
