Alive & Well Inventory Sync – End-User License Agreement

1. About the App

Alive & Well Inventory Sync (the "App") is an internal software tool operated by Nutrition Worthy, LLC, doing business as Alive & Well Kombucha ("Alive & Well," "we," or "us"). The App connects to Alive & Well's own QuickBooks Online company to generate inventory and order reports in Google Sheets.

2. Authorized Users

The App is intended solely for authorized employees and contractors of Alive & Well. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other business or to the public.

3. License

Alive & Well grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for Alive & Well's internal business purposes only. Users may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or share access to the App.

4. Authorization

Access to QuickBooks data is granted through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. Only an Alive & Well QuickBooks administrator may connect the App, and that administrator may disconnect it at any time.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reports are intended for internal planning and should be verified against QuickBooks before being relied upon for accounting, tax, or financial decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alive & Well shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

Alive & Well may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, including when a user's role changes or their relationship with Alive & Well ends.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
