The Gardener
With the characteristics of the gardener in mind, we created a light, floral, calming kombucha to help calm the nervous system and the mind for a real moment of clarity and relaxation. This line is effervescent with a light but not overpowering sweetness.
The Carpenter
With the characteristics of the carpenter in mind, we created an earthy, woody, smokey kombucha with the influence of palo santo and oak (Birch & cedar coming soon). Just as in whiskey, the wood influence tames and smooths the flavor profile of the kombucha.
